About:  My wife, Jodie, and I have one child, Sydney. I am a 1984 graduate of Newburg United. I took my first teaching position in 1989 in Westhope.  I taught mathematics. In 1995, I was hired as Secondary Principal/Teacher at Newburg United.  In 1998, I became the Superintendent/Secondary Principal at Newburg United. In 2005 I became the Superintendent at the Bottineau Public Schools. I enjoy attending Bottineau Public School activities, spending time with my family and ice fishing.

Dear Patrons, It is hard to believe that the first quarter came and went, it also looks like winter is knocking on the door and of course another fall has passed where I procrastinated getting things done and am now getting caught up when everything is stiff and cold.  Someday maybe I will learn? I want to remind parents to encourage your students to dress appropriately for the weather, you never can determine when a bus or vehicle will break down.  With winter comes additional challenges for schools, especially in the transportation...

Dear Patrons, It is hard to believe that the first quarter of school is already half over, time never seemed to go this fast when I was younger! Hopefully some of you have been in the school and looked at some of the changes that I talked about in the September Newsletter, if not, I encourage you to stop by.
