About:  My wife, Jodie, and I have one child, Sydney. I am a 1984 graduate of Newburg United. I took my first teaching position in 1989 in Westhope.  I taught mathematics. In 1995, I was hired as Secondary Principal/Teacher at Newburg United.  In 1998, I became the Superintendent/Secondary Principal at Newburg United. In 2005 I became the Superintendent at the Bottineau Public Schools. I enjoy attending Bottineau Public School activities, spending time with my family and ice fishing.

2016 has now come to an end. I hope this also ends all the snow we have received since the end of November. Hopefully, 2017 will bring less snow and more sunshine. I would like to encourage parents to visit with their children about dressing properly for the bus or even driving to school. This would also include all students involved in extracurricular activity as well. I would like to remind parents to please call ahead of time if your children will not be riding the bus or if the bus will have trouble getting in or out of your yard. If a bus cannot get in or out of your yard, students may be asked to possibly walk or be brought to the corner to get on the bus. I will be using Parent Link to notify...
