These teams are set up to provide ou students with the best possible education. The teams are as follows: Community, Culture and Climate, (CCC) student support, and the third is instructional leadership. So Far we have met and we are going to continue this for the remainder of the year. I have gotten some excellent feedback regarding...

I have returned!!!!

I had a terrific time in Fargo at the state wrestling tournament. Tanner wrestled well, but did not place. The TMCHS team wrestled well. It was a very good time and the region was represented very well. The Hockey team and the Boys Basketball team have finished thier seasons. Although neither ended the way we would have liked I believe that everyone involved played hard and gave  it their best efforts. I applaud them because...

Now the craziness begins!!

I had to be the lone administrator in the building for the latter part of last week. It was pretty good duty but very busy. We had several student isuues to deal with and we did manage to get through most of them.  The ice sculptures were vandalized and those responsible are being dealt with. It is too bad that we have students who do this, but we aren’t the only school who does. We also had a huge three game stand for...

What a week!!

Wow, we started the second semester with a flash. I am really amazed at the amount of things that happen in one week of school. This week was really busy. Here are a few items that occurred; Hockey game! We defeated Minot. It was exciting and fun to beat the big school. Hats off to fans, players, coaches, and everyone who makes the games go. Man it was cold Monday. I guess we all better get used to it. Tuesday we had our...

Community Service Idea Part 2

Since posting yesterday I have been getting some feedback from staff and patrons about my plan. I wasn’t sure if I explained the proposition or just what time the students would have off. Let me first show you the minutes involved. Seniors are given 30 minutes a day off, if they have no D’s or F’s.  This in a semester of 88 days equals 2640 minutes. Last year the students were given a 50 minute period in...
