The Festival takes place on Nov. 1 & 2 at Minot State University.

After School News:
Due to construction, pick-up from the After School Program will be at the loop on the west side of the school until further notice. Thanks!

Starting Tuesday, October 8th, busses will load and unload students on the south end of the high school library by the parking lot. Road construction will be taking place on Simrall Blvd, and we need to stay out of their way. We will continue to load and unload students south of the high school library for the rest of the week. As we get closer to the end of this week, we will make another announcement on what we will be doing next week. Thank you

Friday our Ag students finished up their Dairy unit with a visit and tour of Pride Dairy. We learned how they make butter and ice cream, the history of the Dairy and then got the have some delicious ice cream. Delicious way to learn!


The Band Concert scheduled for Tuesday, October 15 is for grades 5-12 and starts at 7:30. We've been working hard and hope to see a great crowd!

Mrs. Fett’s 7th grade Geography classes used Oreos in an experiment to explore weathering and erosion and how it affects landscapes.

The Elementary and JH/HS Libraries received a generous donation of over 50 books today from the Title 6 Project Director/Teacher at Dunseith Public School, JT ShiningOne Side. Included is a variety of books about the Ojibwe language and way of life.


7th grade Life Science students made edible cell models this week.







Yesterday the FFA and Ag students volunteered and taught some safety lessons for the Extension Office at Safety Day. They all had a great time and received rave reviews on their classes.







Spanish 2 students are studying a unit on Barcelona including traditional tapas (foods) of the region. They made some of the foods at home to bring in for classmates and they made churros in class. It was delicious!
