Mrs. Palmer's Marketing II students just finished up a project on "Hot" Holiday Toys. They selected a product from specific decades that was a "hot" item at Christmas time, one that stores couldn't keep on the shelves. They explored the product, marketing strategy, and how marketing that product has changed over the years. It was a really fun project!

Congrats to Gabe LaFromboise and Tim Bentley! They were chosen as alternates for the JH All-State Band that takes place in Mandan in March. Way to go!

State Cheer is right around the corner on Saturday, January 31st at the Bismarck Event Center. Here is some info from Coach Shriver about the event.

ND State Superintendent of Public Instruction Levi Bachmeier, along with ND Representative Dan Vollmer and Senator Paul Thomas, were guests at Bottineau Public School this morning. Mr. Bachmeier was able to speak with one of our Government classes for a question-and-answer session with students. The group also ventured down to the Elementary end to observe some of the 3rd Grade WIN groups.

Save the Date for the Winter Choir and Band Concert for Grades 5-8 . . . Thursday, January 15th! It will be a good show, we hope to see you there!
